Machines for Brush and Spraying
Loading products...
In Short
Brush coating and spray lining machines apply epoxy coating to the inner pipe wall in a controlled, repeatable way. Nodig ProLight and ProLight2 are designed and manufactured in Croatia for professional trenchless applications.
When to use
- When a standardized, uniform epoxy layer is required.
- For rehabilitation of leaks, corrosion and failed linings without excavation.
- In municipal infrastructure, industrial and residential installations.
When not to use
- If the surface has not been mechanically cleaned and prepared.
- If temperature or humidity do not meet material curing requirements.
- Without safe working conditions (ventilation, access, PPE).
Frequently Asked Questions
What are brush coating and spray lining machines?
These machines apply epoxy coating to the inner pipe wall without excavation. Nodig ProLight uses a single cartridge; ProLight2 has a dual-cartridge system (up to 150 mm diameter). Both manufactured in Osijek, Croatia.
Brush or spray – which to choose?
Brush coating is ideal for smaller and medium diameters with direct access. Spray lining gives a more uniform coating on larger diameters and complex geometries.
Does the pipe need to be cleaned before applying epoxy?
Yes, without exception. Mechanical cleaning (Nodig V8, V1 or mini6) is a prerequisite for good epoxy adhesion. A dirty or wet substrate reduces coating quality.
Is ventilation required during epoxy application?
Yes. Ventilation is mandatory due to epoxy vapours. A blower is recommended for continuous airflow through the pipe during work and curing.
What is the difference between ProLight and ProLight2?
ProLight uses a single epoxy cartridge and is ideal for smaller projects. ProLight2 has a dual-cartridge system for two-component materials and supports larger diameters up to 150 mm.
